Q Why does the credit card charge on my statement not match the invoice I was sent ?

A The first charge you will see on your card will be the Saratoga Classics (which will read Saratoga) portion of your invoice and the balance will be charged by the vendor when your part is shipped equaling the amount of your invoice

Q What if i do not see that second charge on my statement ?

A Please give it 72 hours to appear on your statement. If you don't see it then please e-mail or call us and we will be glad to check on your order for you.


Q Is the part I bought through your company guaranteed ?


A Yes, all parts come with a minimum 30 day replacment warranty. Please consult our warrenty section on this website as the length of the warranty will depend on the part.


Q What do I do if I get a part that is not in working order, bad or wrong ?


A DO NOT SEND IT TO US. Please contact us and we will contact the vender to resolve this issue for you in a timely manner. If the part is to be returned it will go back to the vendor that sent it.


Q I received a part, but it did not fix my car. Can I return it for a refund?

A We do not take parts back that were ordered in error by the customer. 

Q Can I have my part shipped to a different address than the one on my credit card?

A Yes, however it is the responsibility of the customer or his/her representative to inspect the product for damage before signing for it. You will be required to sign a waiver allowing the item to be shipped to other than your billing address.

Q How long should it take for my part to arrive?

A If there is no delay in your order it should arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders involving freight delivery will be 7-10 business days.

Q  Why do we have an unfavorable rating with the BBB?

A  We processed over 8000 sales in the time period covered by this rating. With

us selling USED product we are averaging less than .5%. We are working with

the BBB to rectify this issue.
