1) We offer a 30, 60 or 90 day, and longer in some cases, REPLACMENT WARRANTY on parts 15 years or newer, depending on the part. We must be notified within 7 days of part arrival of part defects (with the exception of freight orders, please see below). All parts over 15 years old carry a 30 day REPLACMENT ONLY warranty. Electrical parts are sold to be in working order. There are NO cash refunds on electrical parts, REPLACMENT ONLY .

2) Unfortunately, we do not guarantee color on body parts unless otherwise specified.
3) Shipping time varies by location and product. Our goal is 5-7 business days.
4) Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees apply if the customer orders a part incorrectly or provides inaccurate information about the part. There will be a restocking fee on all orders where the customer does not allow us to send out a replacement. The fee may also apply if a part is refused upon delivery. All returned items must have a tracking number and proof of delivery. You must call our customer service department for return authorization and instructions.
5) Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6) Our refunds are processed no later than 30 days of receipt of returned part, or confirmation of non-delivery.
7) Please insure your returned part. We cannot issue refunds for parts that are damaged during return shipment.
8) Installation labor is not guaranteed.
9) WE DO NOT guarantee shipping on any part over 15 years old - it is the responsibility of the customer to return merchandise to the vendor (call us for that information).
10) Any returned items are to be returned to original senders, NOT TO BE SENT TO SARATOGA CLASSICS unless otherwise instructed. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to get item back to its proper location.
11) Electrical parts carry an EXCHANGE ONLY WARRANTY. There are no refunds or cash back on electrical parts.
12) Refunds will not be given on customer pickup's if The Parts Broker is able to replace the part(s). Once the customer receives the pick up information The Parts Broker's commission is due. Upon receipt of signature or email, the location for pick up of your part will be given.
13) All freight (large truck) items. It is the responsibility of the receiver and or the person you have receiving it on your behalf to inspect and note any damage on the Bill Of Lading upon receipt of your shipment. If you sign for a damaged part we cannot warranty it .
